Verisfort Notifications — SMS Program & Opt-In

What this program is

Verisfort Notifications is a transactional SMS program run by FOZONG DERICK, a sole proprietor, for construction workers and staff whose employer uses the Verisfort compliance platform. Messages are informational only: account invitations, credential expiration reminders, onboarding requests, and safety waiver notices. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

How a person opts in

There is exactly one opt-in path, and it happens in person during employment onboarding:

1. A construction company signs up for Verisfort at comply-nexus.com.
2. During employment onboarding, the worker provides their mobile number to their employer specifically to receive workplace compliance notifications, and is shown the program disclosure below.
3. The employer's authorized administrator enters the number into the Verisfort platform. The entry form requires the administrator to attest that the worker consented (shown below, exactly as it appears in the product).

There is no online self-serve form for a first-time, never-messaged number to add itself to this program, no number purchasing, and no list importing from third parties.

This is the form through which every phone number enters Verisfort. The consent attestation is required — the number cannot be saved without it:

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help, or contact permitpal@elkannahcapital.com. Opting out never affects employment or platform access — workers can also be reached by email or in-app. A recipient who has previously replied STOP may resume messages at any time by replying START; this restores an existing employer-established subscription and is not a way for a new, never-enrolled number to originate consent on its own.

Privacy
