Terms and Conditions

Effective September 10, 2026 · Comply Nexus / Verisfort Field · Operated by Elkannah Capital LLC

The service

Comply Nexus (also operating as Veristo and Verisfort) is operated by Elkannah Capital LLC, a Texas limited liability company (sole member: FOZONG DERICK). It provides construction compliance software: the web application at comply-nexus.com and the Verisfort Field mobile application. These terms cover both. Verisfort is business-to-business software — you use it through an account created by your employer or your company's administrator, and your use is also governed by your company's agreement with us. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • Use the platform only for lawful workplace compliance purposes.
  • Submit accurate information and genuine documents. Uploading falsified credentials or certificates is grounds for account termination and may be reported to your company.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.

Veristo Notifications (SMS program)

  • Program description: workers and team members of companies using Veristo receive informational text messages — account invitations, credential expiration reminders, and onboarding requests — sent at the request of their employer or a contracting company.
  • Message frequency varies based on your company's activity. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe, or ask your company's administrator to re-enable notifications.
  • Help: reply HELP at any time, or contact support@comply-nexus.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your content and compliance records

Documents you upload remain yours. You grant Comply Nexus and the companies you work with on the platform the right to store, review, and process those documents for compliance management, as described in our Privacy Policy. Companies are responsible for the compliance requirements they configure and for the decisions they make based on platform data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Comply Nexus does not provide legal advice; compliance determinations made through the platform do not replace the judgment of qualified professionals or your obligations under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comply Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Your company's administrator controls your access and may deactivate your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including record retention and liability limits) survive.

Changes and contact

We will post any material changes to these terms here with a new effective date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@comply-nexus.com.
